Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, good choice at breakfast 😁 A good base for exploring all around the Venice area, would highly recommend getting a 3 day vaporetto ticket. I would definitely book here again if I ever visit the area in the future 🩷🩷

Excellent location is quiet Murano. Breakfast was good; great coffee. It was reasonably priced, considering how expensive accommodations are in Venice.

All the staff was really nice and accommodating. The room was available an hour earlier so we were really thankful to check-in rather to just leave the bags. Beware - on the list in the room, there was a note that the staff has a break from 13:00-14:00. The breakfast was just fine, although there were only sweet options and coffee from automat coffeemaker. Overall it was really nice, we enjoyed our stay.

Interesting hotel on Murano which represents good value for money. A good location near various shops and restaurants. Comfortable room. The room was located at an interesting distance from reception.

Hotel Conterie is a hidden treasure. We enjoyed every moment while visiting Murano. Our room was spotless, with new linens and great shower pressure. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the light breakfast, which was perfect... with plenty of variety. We loved the coffee machine that made cappuccino, latte, etc... relaxing on the open air breakfast patio. It was a great value, and we would love to return. Thank you for being the perfect hosts, .

Our second time in this hotel, now in a different family setting. You shouldn't expect too much from this hotel, it's rather cheap for this area and it is located not on the main islands. But if you want to live on the Grand Canal - you have a different budget :) For this hotel we really liked the staff, everybody was very friendly. We had mosquitos and one of the staff members gave us the anti-mosquito device, which was very helpful. Also, he noticed that every breakfast we have a "blanco" yogurt, and every time when he saw us coming, he was checking whether they still had it and was bringing it to us. Very nice of him! The hotel is located in a very calm area where mainly locals live. You still have a shop (Coop) and a few restaurants nearby. Daily commutes by the Vaporetto are a pleasure and don't bother at all. The hotel was clean and we saw cleaning staff was cleaning our room daily, also totally satisfied

The staff was very nice and informative. The installations were super clean and cosy. The zone is very safe and easy to arrive (just 15 min from the 4.1 & 4.2 Vaporettos). And the free breakfast in the morning was very warm and tasty! (I loved the warm croissants!)
